Requirements
- Able to communicate with customer in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- No specific education required.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and receptionist’s duties.
- To handle arrangement/documentation and all matters related to Sales Administration functions.
- To handle quotation/billing/collection/delivery, correspondence and follow up with customers.
- Maintain proper filing system of all documentations.
- Assist in updating record and prepare to management.
- Undertake assignments and special tasks, ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
- Willing to learn and take order.
